When exactly are postbacks sent to me?

Inquiry, Enable and transactional postbacks are sent immediately after a signup, including one-click sales.

 

Disable and Cancellation postbacks are sent once the cancellation or expiration is processed by Segpay.

 

Transactional postbacks for rebills, refunds, voids and conversions get queued, and are sent within an hour of when the request is processed – except in the case of Instant Conversions, where the transactional postback confirming the upgrade is sent immediately.

 

Transactional postbacks for chargebacks are sent the same day the chargeback is processed.
